Our Purpose

We want to work with people we can trust. We want to make friends directly with recruiters, and we want to efficiently seek out opportunities to participate in new and valuable communities. And we want to work with people who like our organization's culture and services. From this perspective, we list the following objectives

1. Talent gets a legit job easily, not be scammed by a referral network

2. Employers hire a trusted talent easily, not be cheated by a referral network

3. Making a new trusted friends connection

4. Discovering a new interesting DAO, Startup, or Project Group

Q1

In this quarter, we will implement features that automatically post based on Discord Server join and profile change. We will also develop a Web2-based user profile and enable Discord login functionality.

Q2

In this quarter, we will implement the functionality to mention your friends and refer them on Refid Feed, as well as basic social networking comments functions. Additionally, we will change the app base to Next.js, the next-generation JavaScript framework, to connect with the Lens ETH network.

During this quarter, we will develop features that enhance our platform's interactivity and community engagement. We will introduce a 'Wallet Login' system and a connection feature utilizing NFT and social token networks. In addition, we will integrate a Discord Bot for notifications about new connections, friends, and job-related updates. Finally, we will roll out referral programs for community-based hiring via Discord Bot or Refid referral feed.

During this quarter, we will develop the Referral Oracle, which allows storing connections on the blockchain, enabling users to hold and scout for a trusted network. Furthermore, we will introduce user referrals and incentive tokens between mutual friends.

2024

Q1

In this quarter, we will introduce the functionality to airdrop tokens to community members by referring to the referrer person's friends. We will also provide premium NFTs from companies that can be redeemed for referral tokens. Additionally, we will develop referrer NFTs that demonstrate a certain level of trust and serve as proof of consultation from the company.
