The Refid Referral Program offers a community-centric approach to hiring Web3 talent, promoting cultural matching and significantly reducing recruitment costs. It is designed to address the following challenges:
Desired candidates cannot be reached due to scattered job postings.
High recruitment costs and agent fees are spent on a screening process with a 1 in 100 chance.
High training costs are incurred by hiring mismatched talent.
Here's how the program works:
Create an organization account on Refid.
Install the Discord Bot.
Provide job information to Refid's operators.
Create a user account on Refid.
Share your friends from the bot or Refid.
Wait for the rewards.
Wait to be referred.
The program implements a small referral rewards system on a per-interview basis to your community and friends. This not only facilitates cultural matching but also allows us to meet reliable and trustworthy talent.
Find matching talent at a tenth of the cost of a talent agent, reducing document screening costs and keeping educational costs low by referrals. The cost is 450 USDC per meeting set up, with 200 going to the Referrer, 100 to the Referred, and 150 to Refid.
Creation of job postings on Refid by Refid's operators.
Recommendation of talent through Refid.
Referral channel on the Discord Server.
Access to all Referred individuals from other communities.

After explanation, At the same time as creating your account and installing the bot, we will receive the job information you want to promote and we can create it on your behalf on Refid.
We will be happy to support you in running the bot and facilitating on Discord as required.
If you find a referred person you are interested in on the Discord Bot or Refid, express your interest.
In response, the target person will be notified by Bot or email, and if they respond to that, you can move on to a text chat.
The text chat will confirm basic requirements before the interview meetings, preventing unnecessary interviews and incurring charges.
Then, once the interview meetings have occurred, you can change the status on the bot's commands or on the platform.
We will issue an invoice at the end of the month based on the number of interview meetings multiplied by 450 USDC. Subsequently, we will transfer USDC to the Referrer and Referred by the end of the following month.
